  Awful experience--- After 4 trips to this location, I was still unable to register my vehicle. Trip 1 - I needed to bring my SS card back with me and I confirmed that was all I needed. Trip 2 - I was told I was unable to register my out of state vehicle without a power of attorney and memorandum title and the only way to get those were through the leasing company. Trip 3 - Arrived with POA and Memorandum Title that was sent to me from the lease company, but then they refused to accept a printed version. The three ladies were extremely rude and 10 times more unhelpful than the typical BMV sterotype. With my wife and newborn in the car, one lady proceeded to follow me out to the parking lot to continue to provide unhelpful information. I called the lease company again who suggested the BMV just submit a request to register directly to the them and they would take care of the rest. Trip 4 - Called the BMV office from the parking lot to confirm they could request to register, they said that wasn't normal but they could. Went back inside and was immediately told no. I explained that I was done dealing with this office and would get my car registered someplace else. These ladies are rude, incompetent on the registration process, and extremely unhelpful. This is a forced one star! Drove to the Westerville office, who was able to register my car in about 20 min with the information I had!!!!
